Parents are important to us
Parent involvement is a vital and fun part of our program! We enjoy having parents & other family members visit on their child’s snack days, help in the classroom and at home with various projects plus drive on field trips. We have several daytime programs that the preschoolers present. There are also some evenings of fun and fellowship with the children and their parents/families throughout the year.
We communicate with our parents with a Monthly Calendar and Newsletter. These give the parents fun and important information about what is happening each day along with questions related to the theme related literature. Emails keep the parents updated throughout the month on fun daily and weekly experiences along with important reminders.
Walnut Hills Session and Tuition
Three Year Olds: our “Caterpillar” (Must be 3 years old by September 15
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9-11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 12:30-3:00 p.m.
- Tuition for 2010-11 is $105 a month
Pre K classes: Our “Butterflies” (Must be at least 4 years old by September 15)
Morning Class:
- Monday 9:00-11:30a.m.
- Wednesday and Fridays 9:00-12:45 p.m.
10 hours a week, equivalent to a 4 day program. - Tuition for 2010-11 is $170 a month
Afternoon class:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-3:00 p.m
- Tuition for 2010-11 is $135 a month

Fall 2011-12: We have a few openings for our Pre K Program and one for our 3 year old program.
2012-13 Preschool Year: All members of WHUMC can register their children from now until Sept. 30 for the fall of 2012. Your child must be 3 years old by Sept. 15, 2012.
WHP Summer Adventure Camp: We have 2 weeks of very fun adventures and activities for children 4 years old - 2nd grade. The weeks are June 13 - 16 and June 27 - 30.
